We are aware that many users are not particularly computer literate and often come across problems that they have no prior experience of. This is where we come in. We will come to you and will endeavour to resolve the issues without drowning you in lots of computer jargon!

If we are unable to fix the problem on-site ( normally hardware failure or extensive software rebuilding required) we will take the equipment to our workshops to rectify it.

At all times we will make you aware of charges prior to commencement of any repairs.
