For non contract assistance, our standard charge is £30 which includes call out
0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday and the first 30 minutes on-site.
Thereafter the charge is £40 per hour.
Outside of these time (1700 -2200) the charge is £40 including the first 30 minutes onsite and then £50 per hour.
All other times will be quoted for on request.

Any parts that are required for repair will be charged at cost + 10%.
This covers our administration costs whilst still passing on savings to you.
